Excellent hunt this morning, October 21, 2025. Tyson had everything set up when we arrived at 7. Proved to be a great setup. Started shooting just about 7:55 . 8:35 we hit our limit. Definitely the fastest my son or I ever got the duck limit. All good size well fed Mallards. The other pair generously shared their harvest with us, so well worth the trip. All the meat is in the fridge and we are enjoying a cold beer in the autumn sunshine . Looking forward to another hunt next week with Canadian Premier Hunts.

Winter 2026
I had the amazing pleasure of doing a wolf hunt ! It sure didn’t last long, I got an amazing Blue Wolf the first morning there , but it couldn’t have happened if my guide wasn’t so prepared. Also the chef was amazing there , they ate very down to earth people that work there and do what it takes to make your hunt successful! I highly recommend!
Fall 2024 - Edmonton
I had the pleasure of goose hunting on 4 different time in the fall of 24 in Oct and Nov and was not disappointed. All the hunts put us on plenty of birds each time, The fact that I can a book a hunt for the afternoon and have a great hunt is fantastic with guides that know what they are doing and watching great dogs work made it well worth choosing Canadian Premier Hunts.

On what has to be the most challenging hunting days anyone can imagine, Jason still managed to work the flocks and sent everyone home with birds. His professionalism and passion for the hunt was a pleasure to be around and really set the tone for, what otherwise, would have been frustrating. I have known Jason and his family for quite sometime. Jason is ethical and relentless when it comes to pursuing big game. I have now hunted a couple of times with him and had the joy of taking my first elk and look forward to many more trips in the future.
I have known Jason for many years. He was my guide on the Miramichi River in NB Canada for several years. He always made sure that we were on the fish. Later I went to Alberta with him for Whitetail and Mule deer. Was able to fill both tags with great animals. Both were greater than expected. He takes great care of you.
I have known Jason for most of my life. He comes from a family steeped in the guiding and hunting tradition. Even as a young man Jason was known for his drive and passion for hunting trophy animals, spending many hours afield scouting and placing stands. Jason and Tracey hosted me in 2009 for a deer hunt in Alberta. It was the best hunt of my life. Saw dozens of deer including several trophy quality animals and was fortunate enough to harvest a gigantic 14 point whitetail the last afternoon of the hunt. Jason is a top level guide and works hard to help his hunters succeed.
I have hunted successfully with Jason Silliker on hunts for different species of animals from waterfowl, bear, moose, deer and elk. No one I have ever hunted with takes success more seriously than Jason. His passion is hunting and he will work tirelessly to make sure you get a chance at your target animal.
